All of the Permanent Cosmetic procedures that Kim Powell offers require a
pre-procedure consultation, and at least two office visits to ensure that we achieve the
desired effect.
The process of applying Permanent Cosmetics is a tattooing process.
Less can be more in this process and you can build up to a color and consistancy over several office visits that can
not be achieved in a single office visit.
And.....
proper healing of the area tattooed has a great deal to do with how your Permanent Cosmetics
look. Healing areas on your face that experience much movement (blinking, eating, talking), or by just going
about your daily routine, may lose pigment that can be replaced or corrected at an additional appointment and is valuable
in the aesthetic of your Permanent Cosmetics.
All appointments to complete the procedure will be included in the cost of the procedure.
The cost of a procedure is determined at the consultation appointment.
A minimum of six weeks between procedure appointments is allotted to allow for proper
healing.
One additional "follow up" appointment is included in all of the procedures'
costs.
The follow up appointment is a post procedure appointment to make sure the
healed Permanent Cosmetics are in no need of correction or additional fill (if there is correction or fill needed at the time
of this appointment it is done at this appointment). This service is offered at no additional cost for up to twelve
months post procedure.
Any color booster appointments needed after the first twelve months past procedure I
offer at additional cost, by an hourly rate.
